Long-standing Universe Secrets - Solved

I'd like to start off today with something many of us can relate to.  It was a Captain Kangerooo episode with John Provost on it, Timmy from "Lassie" and they were doing a thing on Algebra.  And someone asked "What is 5 Q plus 5 Q" and someone else said "10 Q" and then someone else said, "Your welcome".  The simple truth illustrated here is that is x is an unknown, and by math convention it should be a lower case x rather than in caps, it represents an unknown.  The clear stipulation here is that the second x has the SAME value as the first unknown.  This is the key to solving the problem.  Then you can bring in that "common denominator" axiom.  Because the third x will also be an ammount of that SAME unknown.  So, can x be "infinity"?  Why not?  But with this stipulation.  Infinity per se is not a fixed, known value.  It doesn't stand for "God" or Nirvana or any of those things "out there" and it isn't a "place".  Capish?  Good.  It's the nature of Infinity that you break down the word and realize it means "NOT a Finite, Stated value.  So in this sense it is an unknown.  But with computers you can use x as a number if "you know what it represents in the context of your calculation.  Simple, huh?  But it's like George Bush saying of Al Qaeda "We are never going to win- - IT".  Infinity is not some IT all encompasing - - whatever.  Any value you would pick for infinity can always have something After it?  Capish.  Just as a hundred coin flips coming up heads does not inhibit the 101st coin from also coming up Heads.  Capish?  So to say that Infinity IS "the highest number imaginable" is to use a supurlative where you have no Fixed Value to even BASE a superlative ON.

In September of 2004 I wrote a little piece on WHEN God created the Universe.  So many people fall into the Finite trap.  They have the meme about them "EVERYTHING has to be Finite" in some way.  Why?  Who made that rule?  Nobody.  Infinity is just a concept that is an adaptation - - and as such Infinity is JUST as finite as any other Created Thing of God because since it's a concept BASED on a need of ours- - take away the NEED and you take away the concept.  Capish?  So I said that we can NOT say WHEN God created the Universe.  I added that it is JUST as logical to say the world was created yesterday or "next year" or "one million years into the future" as to say it was created four or twelve billion years in "The past".  People are hung up on this whole "starting point" mentality.  Unfortunately followers of Einstein fall into this trap.  And you have this whole "soap bubble" or "bubble gum" analogy of the Universe like it's somehow a "film" that is expanding "through the fourth dimension" and if you could just rig a math formula you could calculate WHEN the whole thing came into existance in the first place.  This whole way of thinking is nonesense and I'll prove it to you in the next paragraph?  Are you people ready to have all spring cleaning for all your mis-conceptions?

For years people have talked about a universally expanding Universe but there is an obvious solution that I once called "ether drag" that explained the "dialation of light waves".  I also stated more recently that the whole "red shift" is relative and it's possible to use a "motion frame of reference" that reveals the waves from a single light source are NO Different on one side of the source than the other.  It isn't a skewed circle with red and blue waves, shorter and longer.  Given the SAME stationary frame- - the waves are perfectly circular.  I told you that.  So the whole red shift is already reduced to a motion "illusion" if you will.  Illusions are not imaginary.  They have a "reality" about them in that they are observed, but it's a perceptual problem.  Now the question is how can the whole Universe "appear" to be moving away from every other point.  I told you about the expanding yeast bread dough analogy.  This explains how it's even Possible to have universal expansion.  Because every point is as it were its own "moving zero" or stationary point.  Capish?  So those in to what we might call "stationary" vector geometry are not seeing the whole picture, as I didn't for a long time.  But the bigger question is whether this whole process is going on at ALL.  Remember Einstein's "Out" on this one is that everything involving Light- - - involves Ether (in my view) and Light is ruled and governed by Ether in ways we aren't.  Astronomy Cafe says Space is far from "Empty".  The idea that Ether or empty space is not really Empty is a concept that takes getting used to.  My point however is that light is not the best medium in the world by which to "observe what is really happening" let along try to measure it.  We inherently have known this about atomic particles a long time of the lackings of light as a medium. But we have never logically extended this "shortcoming of light" on a macro basis and I propose to do just that.  Now here is the key solution to the whole Expansion problem right now.  You will remember that Einstein uses the "elevator analogy" problem and as it were "Goes Newtonian on us" to illustrate how gravity Behaves.  How does it Behave?  It Behaves as though if you are fighting it- - it is AS IF you were continually Accelerating even when you are Standing Still.  So in this "relitivistic" sense each and every one of us are constantly Accelerating our whole lives.  That is- - we are not in what you'd call a "true" stationary state in that we are not in constant Free Fall.  You understand that concept, don't you?  Like an elevator with the cable cut.  That's the only time an elevator is ever truly "stationary" as Einstein defines it.  But the question is if we ARE accelerating all the time- - - - then we Already Are in essence "expanding away from something else'.  Allow That one to sink in.  In other words something or some Force is constantly Pushing Us to Keep Us Accelerating all the time.  We know that newtron stars bend light around them.  So light is affected by HUGE and I do mean huge ammounts of gravity.  If you want to call it bent space- - fine.  Right now that distinction is not worth arguing about.  But for light to go Straight- - - past a newtron star it would have to exert some - - outward force on itself like maybe a space ship firing off a steering rocket or something to "keep it on a straight course" left it go around in circles or at least be "bent".  So the question is "How much gravity is there in the world- - OK Cosmos.  There is a little.  And it's evenly distributed to wherever there is Matter.  So that is- - - it's a force that light Routinely HAS to overcome in its travels.  So what happens to receding light objects?  Well- - - the light shift goes Red, that's what.  So something accelerating away from another object HAS to - - - shift red.  Get it?  So then light passing through space is routinely de-facto "slowed down" or we would say "red shifted" or "wave retarded" if you will.  This is the illusive "ether drag".  We know that there is some symbiotic relation between Ether and gravity.  While matter will exhibit universal attraction - - - It also means that to even stay stationary with another object and NOT BE IN Orbit- - an important Caviat - - it has to be 'going away" from other said object- - or as it were "red shifting".  Of course space here appears to optically contract or shrink.  So if there was some kind of an actual "green grid" the lines would be closer together around a big object.  The way I see it Ether taketh and giveth away.  It attracts - - - but it also gives the illusion of the opposite.  One might wonder on the OTHER SIDE of the Mass continuoum or in concave space where objects are Lighter than Ether whether Ether might behave in an Opposite manner.  That is- - there would as it be a universal Blue shift (nirvana for democrats) where everything in the Universe had the illusion like it was Coming Together but really wasn't.  (People like George Will are probably thinking, "Yeah- that's the big illusion of the Left all along)  So all the laws of gravity would be reversed on this other side of the Mass continuoum.  Just chew on these concepts a while anyhow.

The proponent of the string theory of physics as opposed to the particle theory - - of the construction and origen of matter- - wasn't accepted by the bulk of the scientific community till 1973 or something because his theory lacked a mathematical formula.  Apparently in classic particle theory of the composition of matter these "particles" are objects in the "zero" dimension.  They say that "strings" are one dimensional.  If they ocelate they ocelate along at least a "polarized" plane, or they may ocelate in two directions as ordenary light does.  On the contrary my view of Concave Space STARTED with a mathematical formula and worked from there.  Some say that Feng Chue is based on "spiritual vibes" and others believe it's strictly the science of "object positional placement" affecting the spiritual energy of Chi of the room.  Some say that the doctor in the opperating room exerts a greater gravitational field on the baby than the position of the moon, let alone planets.  Yet people will tell you that cycles run in all sorts of lengths from the very short to the very long and that they are regular lengths.  Whether they set up some sort of "energy ocelations" in space- - is a matter of conjecture. As in the case of sound waves (UHF and VHF and SHF waves too -but no higher) you have interractional phasing and harmonics with each other or "de facto" frequencies - or intervals - and the like setting up sub frequencies obviously based on precise but basic mathematical formulas that are actually rather simple- - that need to be factored in.  Astrologers call these "aspects".  What the gravity "relativists" are mistaken on is that it takes up a certain amount of mass - - to generate ocelations big enough to change anything- - along the same lines that long wave transmissions need bigger antennas that shorter waves- - Whether "strings" are somehow involved here- is a matter of speculation I'm willing to consider.  But the Wickepedia article appears to be going in a whole other direction with the whole concept.

Legislation by Default - (Accidental Laws)

The California Primary is next Tuesday June 5th. We use voting machines here in Stanton and they have always worked perfectly with all sorts of safeguards, including a paper trail.  Apparently not only are you free to sabotage the other party if you want to but party structure has apparently been broken down entirely so that the two highest vote getters even if they are of the SAME PARTY - if they win they have a run-off.  That's what I've been told.  This is a totally screwy situation.  Now they want to pass a proposition that politicians can only spend so much time holding ANY state office "because they've learned a little trick to be running for a higher office while they are still holding a lower ranking office.  Of course even in the face of a tea party onslaught in other states here we are having some P C legislation party of our own passing things like indoctrinating grade school kids into the virtues of the gay lifestyle, vaccination of ten year old girls for sexual transmitted diseases, and moving back the line for kindergarten so "kids will look smarter on achievement tests".

Well the past couple of weeks could be called "Proposition 29 Strikes Back".  This is the anti smoking tobacco tax amendment to the state constitution which cannot be altered under any circumstances for fifteen years once enacted.  The numbers have dramatically reversed and now the pro Prop 29 forces are winning the day with 52% for and 42% against and maybe fifteen percent undecided.  This means in all probability the measure will pass and will dramatically affect my own quality of living.  But there are so many measures in law that have "unintended consequences".  I was against term limits.  Gingrich was for them.  Term limits only make it easier for legislation lobbyists to bully new, inexperianced congressmen, because for them the legislator is after all just a "rubber stamp" to what they want, and they surely don't want any experianced person who actually has a brain obstructing them.  Speaking of brain - - Romney says they should amend the constitution to stay that everyone applying for office should have "at least three years business experiance".  I'll match my knowledge of economics up against his any day.  He's either awfully dumb or he knows well the effect of his policies and is just Evil.  You decide.  Now back in the old days forty years ago (during the "good old days' of Nixon) stock investors got screwed.  Because maybe inflation was at twelve percent- - and their stocks only earned nine, but the government still saw that as income and they end up paying a third to the government and are left with six, and so have a de-facto six percent loss year in and year out.  Also there was this thing called "tax bracket creep" where there was a defacto rise in everyone's tax rates in the course of time.  But we have long since "fixed" these problems.  But now they are cutting state employee salaries another five percent, on top of a ten or more percent cut a couple years ago.  What these cuts do is hurt those who are just barely getting by.  I thought an American value was an honist day's pay for an honest day's work.  And yet the honest politician is being penalized by the tea party but those "on the take' don't care because they get their principle income from their dealings with lobbyists.  See how it works?  There was some asshole who was actually a Democrat who said "Nobody saw the consequences of passing NAFTA".  Well, Ross Perot sure as hell forsaw what would happen.  I saw what would happen.  The next asshole who uses the "I didn't know the consequences' argument- - fire the sucker and send him back to college to study several years of economics.  He's learn that "giant sucking sound" isn't just an approaching tornado.  We know that sales taxes are inherently regressive taxes and hit the poor with a higher percentage than the rich.  This is why the tea party loves them because they like nothing better than to find new ways of sticking it to the poor.  They will even privately like certain business regulations because they only affect small time businesses but the Rich have ways of bribing their way around them.  Many scoundrals teach that "the best defence is a good offence".  So before the Poland invasion of late summer 1939 Adolph Hitler showed propaganda flicks against the Polish people to try and hype up the people for war.  Now we are hearing the term "class war" getting people vaguely harken back to what they may have learned in school about how Communism started and try to get that association in tea bagger's minds.  Of course many on our side don't know even today there WAS a war and we never even KNEW it occurred, and that we have already lost.  Now even terms like "fairness' and "equal oppertunity" are somehow considered as "commie words" by the tea party.  I guess I'd like to know just "who these people" all are who apparently constituted a majority of the electorate that went to the polls in 2010.

Then you have Mayor Michael Bloomburg who now wants to put in a partial sugary drink ban in New York City.  He wants to ban the public vending in movie theaters and ball games, the sale of any drink larger than sixteen ounces.  I swear these calerie counts get larger every time they report the story, just like Trayvon Martin's height or the snow in one of Ward Cleaver's "walking to school" stories.  "Every year the miles get longer and the snow gets deeper" bemoans Wally.  This is the most idiotic piece of legislation I have ever heard of and it's just a way to score kissy points with a few political nuts on the left of the P C variety.

The LA Kings beat the NJ Devils 2 to 1 on overtime on Thursday night in New Jersey.  That Devil's goalie wasn't as infallible as he thought.  The King's win - loss record is 13 wins and two losses in this year's play-offs and their road record is nine and 0.  That's impressive.  They have an up-hill battle because the Devils out-ranked them at the start of the play-offs.  But now the Kings have secured that coveted thing called home court advantage.  I'm much more optimistic personally that the Kings will now go all the way and achieve that coveeted Stanley Cup victory.

There is a guy in Santa Monica who has rode the ferris wheel on the pier for fifteen hours on a goal to break the 24 & half hour Guiness world record.  It seems pretty likely he'll succeed, too.  But he's cheating.  He has a luxury gondola outfitted with electric outlets and room for a portable TV and all sorts of stuff.  Be thankful the weather is nice.  His son swims in the special Olympics, and he's doing it to raise money for his cause.  We here with him luck - but I don't even think he'll need it.

Too many people today still feel Dylan's admonition long ago to heed the leaders "Don't follow leaders", and the word "leaders" we could translate to "demogogue".  This is someone who demands that he be Believed In because he has "Knowledge' you don't know and that if you're smart you'll Trust him to "fill in the gaps in your own credulity" and ease away any Doubts your rational, local minds propounds about him.  So you are thusly conditioned to respond to such buzz phrases as "ever increasing taxes" and "ever increasing deficets" and "class warfare" we we discussed previously.  When they say 'I think Ronald Reagan is our greatest president' you automatically disregard certain stubborn facts such as that "Ronald Reagan has history is working in a Union, not running a business" or the Amnesty thing for illegal aliens passed in 1986 or working with people like Newt Gingrich and Tip O Neil to balloon the deficet in his tenure of office to two and a half times the previous entire history of deficets- - or that the US Marines had to withdraw from Lebanon, or that Reagan argued for both the raising of the national debt ceiling or that Reagan argued for tax equity on capital gains and things like corporate tax loopholes that enables them to get away with murder.  Ronald Reagan never engaged in gay bashing and never politicized Christianity the way modern tea baggers have.  Facts are stubborn things and we ignore them at our own peril.  You would do well to remember this the next time you have some sort of attack of sentamentality and naustalgia aof a Time that Never Was.  (Selah)

Edwards Jury Deadlocked - Retrial Unlikely

Isn't it strange that we ask of our kids things we'd never ask of politicians.  Sometimes we think our kid should have made choices with options that exist only in our own Minds.  In life we are presented Choices based on Something - - based on the facts and circumstances we have before us, and NOT ones that exist only in the mind of a TV or Radio Evangelist- - who often bases judgement of us based on the choices that HE had, but WE may well not.  We have options but we don't have "the whole enchalada" so to speak, ans as such need to Choose from Among the options we Do have and not from ones we Don't.  We either will go with one and reject the other or visa versa.  Many Judge other people too harshly in failure to recognize this basic human condition.

In one of the biggest news stories people will be talking about for weeks, the jury in the John Edwards trial was declared a hung jury by the presiding judge after the jury only was able to come to a verdict on one of the six major charges, which added up together would have amounted to thirty years prison time, as well as making John Edwards a convicted felon.  As of now, Edward's license to practice law is intact.  Edwards may be a heel for how he treated his wife- but he’s no felon.  Edwards himself recognized this reality about his own state today when me made this mia copa or "I have sinned!" speech at the end of the Trial.  This is a clear case of Edwards being over-charged by whoever in the Bush administration made the decision.  I think it was to get even with Edwards because they never got over the fact that John Edwards was the best candidate running for President in 2008, who consistently won in caller polling of liberal talk shows, and also was the one who was “most in touch with the problems of the ordinary American.”  To me it’s karma that Edwards was acquitted, and personally I am delighted over the news.  There will be lots of celebrating and popping of champaign bottles in liberal households all over America tonight.  Of course there were indications of some jurors acting strangely, but apparently it wasn’t anything that would invalidate a ruling.  There was the one lady who flirted with Edwards.  And there was the wearing of all red shirts one day and all yellow shirts another day.  Of course with this mistrial on five of the six charges (and outright acquittal on the sixth) there isn’t a snow ball’s chance in hades of the Government ever refilling charges again.  The political climate had deterioriated so far today because of the Citizens United ruling by the High Court a couple years ago- - that what Edwards was charged with is a real joke now.  I personally hope John Edwards is somehow able to pick up and go on and put the pieces of his life back together.  I can’t imagine the sort of apoplectic fits the right wing will be going through tomorrow.  You know how Rush Limbaugh gets when he’s totally flustered.  I will close with this.  There will be another big let down for the right next month when the High Court - - - invalidates Obama Care.  The Mitt Romney campaign desperately needs this “individual mandate” thing is a red hearing issue and without it they haven’t got squat.  People on the right are saying “If the court invalidates Obama care then the stock market will go up, and this eventuality will help President Obama and he may win because of it.  Think of that!
We’ll get back to more political commentary in a few sentences.  But meanwhile let me say that in my personal life I see “light at the end of the tunnel”.  We can hope and pray that if the month of June works out auspitiously in news events than I may finally have more credibility in the things I say to my family and in-laws.  Of course tomorrow morning is the moment I’ve been waiting for when I finally get to go to the ATM machine, a moment I’ve seemingly been waiting for the majority of the past month.  Dora just announced coffee.  I was down there sitting in the only wrought iron black chair still in the sun, too lady to move it but I got tired.  The four remaining birds were in the cage. I wanted to get back up here to check out KTLK, for obvious reasons.
Randy Rhodes is saying that nobody on the Republican right will actually defend Mitt Romney as a person directly.  They will only say that any offer of evidence and facts to refute their statements is all “just a liberal talking point”.  And the conversation ends there.  Their brains are so hard wired to believe whatever it is they believe about the President.  Tonight there is a big debate in Wisconsin at nine between Governor Scott Walker and democratic challenger, Tom Barret.  In new data, they say that the old and the poor and the infirm are during out very heavily to vote democratic in early voting.  That’s encouraging.  Ed Schultz says that the new jobs figures are “encouraging’ without saying what they are, for this past week.  But now the President has added 4.2 million jobs to the employer payrolls, since his policies have been in effect.  It is pointed out that the media is hyping this whole "Made in America" trend now.  ABC news featured a lengthly segment on this months ago.  So private business is taking matters into their own hands and "picking themselves up by their boot straps".  Because now we hear government agencies in charge of making bank loans to home owners here in California have only made a tenth of the loans they were comitted by the government to making.  In other news they say that eighty percent of the people in California are in favor of medical marijuana legalization.  Fifty percent of the population of California is in favor of outright legalization of marijuana.  Former Senator Feingold of Wisconsin was known for holding more town halls before the tea party hijacked the whole concept.  Feingold is saying that the people are exoeriancing “buyers remourse” with Governor Walker.  The suspense is mounting.  That’s for sure, and a lot of questions will be answered in Tuesday’s election.  And remember as Ed Schultz points out, if the democrats lose this one, they aren’t ever going to stop with their programs to destroy unions, any more than Stephano Di Mira is going to stop finding new ways to torment John and Marlena Black, and Hope and Bo Brady on “Days”.  Sometimes when a situation or obsticicle "breaks' it breaks with a vengeance.  Like when the first cop decides he's had enough and fires his gun at the suspect all the rest of cops file suit so their is a hail of bullets.  Some say Cops use this "piling on" move as a means of "never knowing which cop fired the fatal shot".  We don't know who will fire the fatal volley against the Tea Party but whoever he is he will be a hero, and we will all benefit by the action and giving credit to one specific person won't matter.
In other affairs - - a Florida Court handed down a ruling to the effect that the new voter surpression laws enacted down there are unfair in several respects.  For one the league of women voters didn’t like the 49 hour time limit for turning in voter names, and the court agreed that this was an unreasonable demand.  Also a US circuit ruled against the Defense of Marriage act, apparently invalidating the entire law for all time in this nation.  That is a significant development.  And in Wisconsin 180,000 voters have been wiped from the voter rolls by Governor Walker.  And they say he only won by 57,000 votes to begin with.  All I can say is that if we don’t nip this whole voter surpression thing now, we may reach a tipping point where it’s just too late and nobody will be able to do anything because the Republicans control everything.
On the Bill Press show- - - Press came out against the President militarily intervening in Syria no matter how bad it gets there in terms of the mass slaughter of civilians.  That ABC lady reporter with the British accent was saying last night that two options were off the table.  The idea of “waiting for the cease fire to work” is off the table, and it’s also clear that economic sanctions are useless at this point.  This leaves other more proactive options such as our bombing key sites, perhaps by the use of drones, which seems like a pretty low risk idea to me, and it will get the point accorss.   Another thing we can do is to give aid to the rebels.  Bill Press is against both of these choices and I’m puzzled as to why- but when asked he only says ‘Well, if the Republicans are for them I’m against them”.  It could be weeks before any world governing bodies actually gets around to Doing anything about Syria – till a lot more people are killed.
I think this is the first time "Escape from Egypt" has had a place for a title heading in a really long time.  You people aren't escaping metaphysics entirely.  You know - they said of St. Thomas Aquinas that what he taught- - extoling Nature and all- - was contrary to Catholic teaching but as one person supposedly said "alas- - but I suspect the whole world will soon have to listen to his ramblings" or something.  There is that line in Jane Eyre that "We are not here to conform to nature" when the nuns chopped off her beautiful blonde locks.  Yet the Republicans are continuelly fighting "nature".  Don't they know that the heavens themselves declare "a leftward shift" and we know that each night we view a progressively left word view of constelations, and ditto for each passing hour in any given night.  In Marcus "natural trig" I always figure degrees from zero plane right and work counter-clockwise through the circle.  In this spirit I must correct one minor thing I said in a recent posting.  That whole "S" thing- - is in fact a true S and not a backwards S.  And it also is a "downward" S rather than an upward S in that the high part is on the right side of the meridian of the circle.  So it's those hospital heart monitors that are backwards- - the ones you see in all of the movies, with the ascending spikes, when it's really descending spikes.  You know of course that "Red Shift" in another word means "Retarded" in it's most generic sense.  Romulans of course do "Naval scope" calculations counter-clockwise starting from the west for "follower".  And they put West where we put North on a map.  I think we can safely say that this whole tea party "interlude" we have been in - in the past four years has been "Most retrograde to God's desires" to paraphraise the King in Hamlet.  You just can't go upstream forever without something having to give somewhere.  The United States has become grossly out of step with the rest of the World on so many issues already.  The History books will be indeed very unkind as they look back on this four year political nightmare we call the Tea Party.
