Big Snowstorm Hits East Coast

Well I wasn't even going to post today but since there is so much news I might as well achnolege it.  I might just weigh in about one gun on Dorner's list who has never struck me as funny at all and that's Bill Cosby.  He's very un-funny if you ask me, kind of like Dr. Levy is un-funny.  Frankly I'd rather listen to listen to John Boehner's attempts at humor, frankly.  As you people may know, I'm not exactly the guy who passes out complements to celebreties like candy the way so many people do.  Perhaps it's due to the critical household I was raised in.  I do believe that intelligence is an underrated comodity.  I've still got a lot of metaphysical stuff up my sleeve, but you people aren't ready for it yet.  Too often intelligent people are either labeled as Nerds, or social misfits, or else psychopathic killers.  And the rest are just "boring".  What a convienient word, "boring" for something you're too dense to grasp.  It's like that old adage that "when it comes to criticism, consider the Source".  (Selah)  Now here's the rest of the posting - written while my brain was in relative neutral.

This is Friday evening and Jeopardy is on.  Last night Jeopardy failed to have a winner since not one player finished in the money.  Then it was Wheel of Fortune and I got om computer and did research in Base E.  That hyperbola chart is not unique to Base E.  Nor is the idea of dipping down to negative infinity as x approaches 0.  (and you are correct in supposing that 0 is then used as an attempted divisor)  Also the idea that the log of one number appears an inverse log in the opposite number's base - - is not unique to Base E.  (That's all I'm saying on this today)  At eight it was the Vaipire Diaries and it nine it was Beauty and the Beast.  I went to bed at nine thirty and woke numerous times during the night and being cold had a lot to do with it.  I put Bill Gunderson's blanket (or sarape or whatever)  on the bed and even that red SA towel over that and I about got warm.  Blame the thin spread that was JUST put on.  I was glad to take a shower to get warm.  I turned on Stephanie Miller.  As the day progressed it became obvious that it was going to be raining for a significant length of time – like two thirds of the day.  I was coming down with a cold and tonight I got a haircut from Federico fighting off a cough, post nazel drip, and sneasing.  There were no yellow chairs to sit in so I sat on one of those walker things.  Bill was next after me.  There is a big snow storm hitting the east coast tonight and it’s compared in New England to “The Big Blizzard of 1978.   I think I remember that one - from my incarnation as Jess Ryder in southern Maine.  We’ve had snow all around the area today and both of the major mountain passes are closed down-  - going to Las Vegas and Bakersfield.  It’s not ideal conditions while looking for that cop killer who is still at large.  I had Stephanie Miller on in the morning.

I got on computer and did an Excel program I saved on the subject of Base E.  I arrived at the conclusion that they’ve had Base E all wrong these years.  It’s actually 2.665 – and I’ve done extensive cross-experimentation to prove this.  Moe Kelly was saying since that cop killer threatened Bill Handel and John and Ken, “it’s personal” because they work in the building right there.  All I can say is “Please, Moe, I don’t need to know who you spend in time in bed with”.   John Kovel is living proof that anal sex Can produce a child.  But most of the time Moe Kelly was saying that regardless of Dorner’s complaints- - when you pick up a gun and go on a shooting rampage all over Southern California - - you lose your moral standing.   I have my own reflection on this statement in the next paragraph.

Now I’d like to get back to Moe’s remark about how non violence increases your “moral credibility”.  Perhaps.  But I’m also a fan of Teddy Roosevelt’s adage of “speak softly – and carry a bit stick”.  Take Nick on Days of Our Lives.  He doesn’t have to pick a fight with Will Horton to make his point.  He can be just as civil as can be- and for now it’s in his interest to be civil, because this is a case where Will can’t later claim that Nick was combative and “so therefore we never got to talk about needed issues”.  But just as Sammy told Will to “protect himself’ with legal measures, so Nick has been proactive in “protecting his interests”.  So he bugged the conversation between Will and Lucas about whether or not Will was being blackmailed for shooting E J.  Lucas was near panicked about the idea that some dreaded unknown has found Will out and is planning to do him in.  Will thoughtfully provided the information not only that there is a lot of evidence that he in fact did commit the crome, but also where it could be gotten a hold of.  Meanwhile Clowie and that cockroach girlfriend of hers were made asses of today.  Why do people claim to love you and yet don't love the things you love, because You love them - - if you can follow that.  Clowie and some of these women are like a religious Cult.  They dread every minute that they are out of your presence, because their greatest fear is that when you're NOT around them you'll reflect and realize the Truth about them.  Also this whole idea you can ucerp someone else's will bothers me.  Dr. Phil had a saying I hated.  He says "Everybody knows, First you arrive at a decision - - and then maybe you'll Discuss the decision with the other party, once you feel it's sufficiently set in concrete.  Because Jennifer protected herself by not informing Clowie where she and Daniel would be dating tonight.  If you ask a question that’s none of your business, you aren’t entitled to a truthful answer.  Especially when the twin bitches are only disappointed because they didn’t get to execute their nasty trick on Jennifer.

I had David Cruise on.  He talked about how smart Dorner was and perhaps leading them on wild goose chases- - first making cops think he was going to take a boat from San Diego to cross the border into Mexico, and then by allowing the cops to find his burned out truck in Big Bear, and now 24 hours later on no further evidence, the cops are still trudging around in the snow looking for him.  If they had dogs out in this weather they wouldn’t find a scent anyhow because it would be covered up by new fallen snow.   As to that couple who was shot, we had that wrong.  It was in Irvine.  It was a basketball coach and his fiancée, who was the daughter of a Police Captain.  Also it wasn’t an Asian mother and daughter that got shot wrongly, but a Latino mother and daughter.  It was a woman in her seventies and a daughter in her forties, driving a different model of truck, and not Black and not even male, and the wrong ages besides.  But the LAPD shot up a whole neighborhood in Torrance, thus evoking bad feelings about the Police in that neighborhood.  I imagine there will be multiple court suits over the incident.  It is emphasized that Dorner is an intelligent man and has a lot of tricks up his sleeve.  David Cruise also says that the “U S A” slogan is used for racist purposes now days.  This doesn’t surprise me a bit.  Personally I have never particularly liked the chant.  I guess I associate it with Ronald Reagan or something.  There was also a story about how an old lady with health problems was denied the use of toilet paper while using the facilities at a CVS Drugs in downtown Santa Paula in Ventura County.    Why does a major company give itself a black eye like that?

Ex LAPD Officer Goes on a Killing Rampage

This rogue Black ex LAPD officer, 33 year old Chris Dorner, has become an all day affair.  He killed a couple in Laguna Hills on Sunday and the guy was an LAPD officer, and then shot two Riverside cops as they sat in their car a little after one o clock this morning, ambush style.  One survived and will be OK, and the other died.  This guy has been getting around and is roomered to have stolen a boat from an old man in San Diego.  Now they are looking for him in Big Bear where he is expect to escape their dragnet after darkness descends.   But the LAPD was so concerned this guy would kill that they set up protection squads, and already innocent people who resembled Dorner have been wounded.  Chris Dorner joined the Navy in 2002 and had an admirable military record and got lots of awards.  After three years or so he joined the LAPD in 2005 but he was fired in September of 2008.  Dorner accuses the LAPD of firing him because he was a whistle blower.  He alledges that as a rookie cop in 2007 they chased a suspect that was kicked twice in the chest and once in the face by the training officer and that the officers fired him for “making a false report” and yet never lobbed legal charges to this effect.  The suspect had a lasting injury.  Dorner wrote a “rambling’ six thousand word Manifesto that David Cruise had read through and promises to dealve more into detail at a later date.  One caller took exception to going into the officer’s mental state at all.  This is an ongoing news story.  But it seems that he is fully prepared to die in a shoot out, and doesn’t expect that he’ll be taken alive.  He was last seen in a Nisan pick up and is "armed and dangerous" so do not confront him if you spot him but dial 911.  Some have stated that Dorner claimed that “The LAPD hasn’t had any real reforms since the days of Rodney King”.  Dorner has said he doesn’t want any monetary bribe to stop his rampage but states that the killings will continue until  the LAPD publicly states that they were at fault for his 2008 firing.  Just between you and me, I don’t see what the LAPD will lose by admitting that.  They can then gun him down five seconds later, if they want to.  This saga isn’t over yet, but I sense a TV movie of the week coming out of all of this.  It will make one hell of a theatrical presentation.

Today starting at about noon our time CIA chief John Brennon testified before congress.  He said that all Drone attacks were after "due consideration" and that only a minority of those killed by our Drones are innocent "collateral damage".  Brennon had recomended against a plan to capture Bin Laden during the Clinton Administration and he informed CIA chief George Tennant of this.  He claims he was against water boarding but then said that it had produced useful information.  Republicans are accusing him of "being against enhanced interrogation of suspects, but not at all opposed to just killing them sumarily with a Drone.  That Aliki guy whom the underwear bomber was comissioned by - - and also who organized Al Qaeda activities in Yemen, was taken out with a Drone.  I don't think this story is going anywhere.  I think Drones are seen as the ideal way to conduct War in the future.  So war now is reduced to the level of a video game.  At least you don't have to worry about convoys of soldiers being blown up by a road side I E D, or improvised explosive device.

Governor Christy is in the news again because he had another famous flair of temper when some ex Clinton White House female aid – mouth off about his weight saying she was “concerned that if he ran for President he wouldn’t survive his term with the poor shape he’s in”.  Governor Christy took exception sayint she doesn’t know WHAT kind of shape she is in and that it’s basically none of her business.  And I agree.  It’s normal for people to gain weight throughout their life, and it’s unusual  for people to remain at exactly the same weight.  I weighed myself right after lunch and I weighed 155 which is only a minute gain from the last time.  But it’s arguably ten pounds heavier than I was the day I graduated from High School, but I have no clear record then.  I just know that once I got into weight training at Cypress in the spring 1969 a few weeks in I weighed myself and was in the low 150’s and that figure was UP from previous numbers.  But I don’t look that good.  My arms, and even my legs look just too skinny now.  I think the only difference between trans-fact and your usual “cholesterol” is that trans-fats are an artificially produced state, like with margarine and as such aren’t “natural” like you get with dairy and eggs.  It’s like those ads about “hydrogenated vegetable oil”.   Or in molecular lingo- - all of the carbon receptors are occupied with hydrogen atoms. 

They found the bones if King Richard III last week, who lived in the fifteenth century and they say was the last English King to actually die in battle.  They have now done a 3 D reconstruction of his face from the bones, and everything, though he was recognizable on sight anyhow because there are of course numerous paintings of the King.  He had skuliossis of the spine.  Shaksphere gave him a bad write up in his Play, but I've heard expects that claim he got a bad rap by Shakesphere.  He was succeded by Henry VII, who was a much better King than his sucessor King Henry VIII.

People need to get over their seemingly "primal fears" of inadvertantly "learning something new".  This is what my blogs are all about.  My readership numbers are sharply up, for whatever reason.  Maybe my postings are being read by math people.  We don't have any weird stuff for you today.  There's enough of that on the news.  I think my problem with the science and metaphysics stuff is that I need to come up with better ways of making it all sound relevent, giving you a reason to even follow it.  For a stretch this morning I was watching the research and development hearings on C-Span, because on a per capita basis we only spend a fraction of what we spent in 1970 and how R & D should be protected from “sequestration” if we care about the jobs of tomorrow.  There is “basic research” and “applied research” and finally product development.  But some say that this “linear approach” is too slow and we have to speed things up.  There was much talk of immigration law reform and not sending foreign exchange students back to their own countries once they get their post graduate degrees.  There were three guests.  One was from Texas Instruments, another was a lady particle physicist, and another guy with a degree in mechanical engineering, which he admits is “old school” vintage 1963.

E G S T H -Except For Me and My Monkey

John Brennon - one of Obama's newly appointed cabinet members is about to hopefully shed new but long awaited light on the whole Drone attack situation.  And Lance Armstrong is now telling everybody he's going to "come clean" before the Comittee on the subject of his and others blood doping and other cheating.  Personally I'm not a bit surprised by this move.  Like a cornered rat he knows he has to do something if he's going to survive a lifetime ban on amature athletics.  But like a cornered rat - - that's when they turn and attack and I expect Armstrong's appearance before the Committee to be shades of Oliver North - that other pathological liar, and I expect like everything else he's done, that it will be completely self serving.  Hey, what do you think of that guy last night on NCIS tangling with the government.  He was some hot shot punk or know it all, who had this irrational feeling that "the government can't touch me".  He was proved sadly wrong, and in the end it took elaborate measures, but he got outsmarted by the government.  I don't know what questions Congress will be asking in "The Drone hearings".  I guess we can go easy on the bug spray for now.  But Drone incursions into Pakistan and Yemen and other places in the Islamic world have risen 700% or seven fold.  I think they said there were over three hundred Drone attacks in the Afghan "theater" alone.  The local population has learned to know the specific sound a Drone makes, and to dread the time.  The previous posting dealves into the ethics of Drone attacks.  But nobody takes on the government and pervails.  This is the great lesson of the Masada movie.  That movie is edited in such a way that you're almost routing for the Oppressors because they are hard working and ingenious and insightful.  Whereas the "victims" are lazy and smug and don't believe they'll ever be affected.  Live and learn.

Well- -  Sweet Melisa's baked goods ran into a little trouble today.  Because in a case of mistaken identity a woman running an internet business of baked goods and specialty items like wedding cakes - - she has a lezbian sister and she was beseiged with all sorts of hate E mail.  Because of this Bible thumping guy in Oregon says he's honoring God and reads his Bible and wouldn't bake a cake for a lezbian couple because it's morally wrong.  He's probably one of these guys who thinks the ecology crisis is a hoax, and to retaliate turns the heat in his home up to 85 degrees and sits around on weekends in his bra and panties hammering out hateful blogs on subjects he knows nothing about.  Even Jews with their strict laws on the Sabath - - will find ways around it - - letting non Jews "do the needed work" so they don't have to violate the Law themselves.  At least that's what I've been told.  To me business is neutral.  I am neither endorsing nor condemning homosexuality because one engages me in a contract for services.  This woman after the contraversey was all settled is now doing three times the business she did before- or something.

Randi Rhodes seems to personally be giving her stamp of approval on this idea of turning over "safe usage of your firearm" to the insurance companies.  Let them screen you for any mental illness problems - - and like California driving laws - - you can't opporate a firearm without gun liability insurance.  To my way of thinking - I'm not quite ready to go there just yet.  I don't even like seat belt or helmet laws.  Randi Rhodes had a caller today who's at least philosophically consistent.  He's against gun laws- - but he appears to be against laws on everything else, too.  There are anti drug laws - - you can't buy Oxyconten over the counter, but that still doesn't stop people from abusing the drug.  Of course Republicans in general seem to have really confused notions about Cause and Effect.  For instance John Boehner stated in a speech today that government spending on job programs is a bad idea.  Period.  The reason for his assertion is "because if government spending on jobs programs did any good- - then the economy would be roaring along at full throttle.  The phalocy of his reasoning can be found in any cancer ward.  What do cancer patients do?  They take pain medication.  A much higher percentage of cancer patients take pain medication than the general population.  Therefore NOT taking pain medication is the Remedy for NOT having cancer.  That reasoning makes just about as much sense.  Someone else pointed out that not all Criminals or people who violate the law have a bit neon sign on them saying "I am a Criminal"  "I Am the Bad Guy".  Only in Disney movies.  And don't get me started on that.  No.  Criminals spend the vast majority of their time as law abiding citizens.  But we have laws so just in case they screw up - - we'll nab them.  That we don't nab all of them is no cause not to have laws.  If you have a cockroach problem - - you know you need to take radical measures.  And often you find that half way measures aren't sufficient.  But if any roaches survive failed attempts of yours, you don't just throw in the towel and say "there will always be cockroaches" the same way that the gun lobby says "there will always be people who break the law using a gun" or for that matter Jesus Christ saying "The poor you will always have with you".  I bet the tea party eats that scripture right up.

In the song "Everybody's got something to hide except for me and my monkey" John Lennon sings "Your inside is out and your outside is in".  Wouldn't that be just peachy.  Or as Bob Dylan put it aptly in a song "On that dreadful (last judgement) day - People are going to know Exactly What You Are.  (Selah)  Some say that full disclosure is bad and that we have "a right to privacy".  I'm not going to debate that again.  You can argue it either way, actually.  Personally I see both sides.  It's my belief that with Christians "I have the right to Hide - - - Nothing".  I don't owe a Priest squat as to secrets between me and my bride.  That's between me and her to work out, and if we have the matter settled between us satisfactorally, it's none of your Damn Business, and I have every right to lie about it".   But I can see the other side of the coin also.  There is something for full disclosure.  Denis Prager once said he's for eliminating all campaign laws, "Provided that we have full disclosure as to who gave what".  But you know what the tea party Right is saying now about "full disclosure".  They're dead set against it.  And they have the unmittigated gall to compare it to the Civil Rights era where "those poor oppressed Blacks were harrassed by the government for being associated with certain leftist groups".  Mitt Romney knew well how to cry crockadile tears for those poor unemployed Blacks in the ghetto, when in truth, I doubt that Mitt Romney has a compassionate bone in his Body.  If there were really full disclosure - we wouldn't have to mess with ANY of this bullshit.  It would all be revealed just by Looking at you.  Suppose to know someone's overt intents, all you had to do was gaze upon them and all would be Revealed.  It would be a whole different world, wouldn't it?  I told you that in the other world - - rather than be IN a body looking OUT - - we are "all around" looking IN - - into the formulated intents of others but not yet exicuted into action.  If they had optics over there, near and far signted lenses would be reversed.  The nerd kid could swap glasses with his stalky Uncle whose arms are "suddenly too short to hold a book out to read".  Cute.  By the way - - - on this side of the Void - - I see no reason for a cosmic speed limit.  It is only to the extent that Matter contains Energy that there will be any "cosmic drag" or more properly "ether drag" at all.  And if you've looked up the ratio between the masses of Matter and Energy- - - OK let me put it this way.  Do you know what the ratio in weight alias mass is, between a Proton and an Electron?  An electron - - which travels at the speed of light - - has only a small fraction of the Mass that a Proton has - - which is theoretically stationary.  Just ponder that one.  The thing is that electricity would have the ABILITY to travel Faster than it does- - IF it only contained Matter that's not entirely energy.  But we told you that leptons are all bark and no bite, or whatever.  They are all energy and - - no inherent mass aside from that which is derived from their kenetic energy- - which unlike Newtonian math takes on an almost anthropomorphic manifestation under Einstein.

His Problem is - He Just Never Grew - -

The Utilitarian in my marvels at certain stories I see on TV.  Like when they talk about all the time per year that's just wasted in Freeway commutes- - like thirty minutes turns into ninety minutes or longer in various Washington DC commutes.  Just think of all the business hours wasted- - for all the gasoline being consumer just in an idling engine sitting in traffic that is not moving.  Obviously we need some sort of more efficient transport like a monorail to move that volume of people more quickly rather than just have one person trapped in a heavy steel cacoon for hours on end.  But Judy believes that federal aid to railroads is some "conspiracy" to manipulate our travel and living habits.  Of course if you say there is no more Saturday mail; Judy would say "Well this just proves my basic point that Government is Broken.  Government Doesn't Work".  Of course you can still go to the PO box and collect your mail on a Saturday because all the mailman has to do is fill each of the centrally located boxes without all that traveling around from house to house.  Still if something is more efficient- - you'll hear cries of "socialism" or "that sounds like Communist China or something".  Just think of all of the hours wasted in the agrigate just sitting and waiting for breakfast to be delivered around here, which has gotten so slow.  Even if Green Harbor hadn't closed down in August of 2005 I might well have quit going because Computer Programming was a more productive use of my time than the intermidable waiting periods they have there.  Sometimes it's more efficient for a small nation to just hire out a private Army - - or secure an agreement with a Foreign Power to provide your Defenses - - rather than burden your tax payers with your own program.  After all you don't want to take over the World like that other nation over there- - - uh - - the United States of America.  No.  You just want to live securely within your borders.  You want to own a gun for your own protection.  But you aren't planning on reenacting the plot of the movie "Red Dawn" with your weapon.  Some say that gay marriage is an abomonitation because there are never any Children produced by that Union.  I guess in this age of Over Population - - is that really a bad thing?  Why shouldn't the Military branches offer some sort of meditation or yoga or whatever - - to keep their troops mentally calm and collected and fixed on their mission?  People who are inherently "anti efficiency" will say "You shouldn't use an Eastern Religion to make them more efficient killing machines".  Others will say "Eastern religions has no place at all in our Christian military.  Religion isn't something you USE to live your OWN better life. Everybody knows religions purpose is the serve God or the Pope or whoever is in charge!"

There are times when I invision my blogs being more like George Washington’s blog.  But the thing is there is a derth of hard news- - and Washington’s loves to drown you in a minutia of details- - which often is not the point I wish to convey.  There has been news on the radio and let’s just hit these stories right now.  There is some new report saying that Drone flights are OK and ethically not a problem.  It seems that we have accepted the fact that the CIA can “take out” anybody they so desire, but that person isn’t eliminated from consideration merely be being an American Citizen.  That’s apparently no defense in War Time, and of course “we are always at war”.  The Obama administration is increasingly using Arguments put forth by the far right about how “Wars aren’t like they used to be and there are no “legitimate’ nations any more but merely Rebels that need to be eliminated, without benefit of court trial, even if they are Americans.  It is pointed out that Drones are a more efficient and arguably humane way to conduct a War than enlisting and engaging all these “boots on the ground” many of which return with PTSD or what have you.  Then they go into a Texas shooting gallery and shot a Navy Seal at point blank range, killing him and then cop a plea.  Of course hopefully ALL veterans won’t be tainted with the stigma of PTSD as “ruint’ individuals and therefore you shouldn’t hire them.  A lot of veterans return from the service just fine.  But back to what I was saying - - “modern warfare from now on will consist of things like drone attacks - - where there is no danger of lives being lost due to the enemy firing back”.  What troubles me are two things.  First of all there is collateral damage where innocent civilians are killed, all as part of some vendetta.  The next is this slippery slope line of reasoning.  We say that US citizens are denied habious corpus and a trial “Because of the mere seriousness of the charge” kind of like Mc Carthyism.  But how is that different from King Henry VIII issuing some edict against a certain kind of Herecy or something- - and “because of the seriousness of the charge- - the individual merits instant Death without the usual niceties of English common law as they existed back then.   But many admire President Obama for using drones because he is “being smarter’ now and “getting things done efficiently” and he “has gotten his mojo back”.  What struck me is that the more success this President has with Drones, the more likely he will come under attack from the Tea Party right- - BECAUSE of the mere fact that this Black President has success in foreign policy.  Sometimes people don’t want you to do something because they fear it actually WILL work.  I told you about a method I had of discussing family disputes in the fall of 1968 that maybe I got from Dr. Cotter my psychiatrist.  We tried it exactly once- - and it was quite successful.  The mere success of it insured it would never be used again.  We are talking about the deficet and the national debt.  To get the deficet under control we'll have to follow through on defense cuts so they "do their part" along with all the others including the poor.  Even though we don't NEED to spend the money on defence we have been - - the mere Prospect of Success of deficet reduction makes the Tea party want to remain true to their pledge to "make Obama a one term President, even though that ship has already Sailed.  That's how desperate the right wing is.  They are still fighting the last election the same way southerners are still fighting the Civil War.  Some have gone so far as to suggest that straight people are Against- - - gay marriage BECAUSE they darkly suspect that these marriages will be MORE successful than heterosexual marriages in terms of divorce rate.  I have heard strong evidence to the contrary from people like Dennis Prager, who says - - - wait a minute.  Am I listening to myself?  Dennis Preger.  I’m listening to anything HE says???   Personally I don’t have a problem with either multiple punctuations or all raised capitals.  But it seems to set some people off. 

Now they are saying that alcohol like vodka mixed with diet sodas, will get you drunker than the same amount of vodka mixed with sugar.  So we have an identical amount of alcohol and an identical amount of liquid, and the only variable is the presence or absence of sugar.  I guess I have my doubts diet drinks will get you drunker.  By the mere reason that if it were true they would have discovered that a long time ago like forty years ago.  There was something in the news about how one in seven individuals are “borderline sociopaths” because they are unable to relate to anybody else’s feelings besides their own.  I know what Judy would say to this.  She would say “Of course the government is inventing new mental illness to taint the people with because this is the governments way of controlling the population and weeding out people who may have “discovered the truth about how the government is conspiring against us”.  As a liberal I’m always growing and learning.  But I see people like Dr. Levy.  They’re kind of one trick ponies.  They come up with all this pie in the sky rhetoric about whatever.  And it’s like the next time you see them (with weeks off or whatever) it’s like the previous week’s conversation never took place and they are saying the same whole thing over again- - like a Christian evangelical sermon or something.  These people “don’t grow”.  I guess I find people who don’t grow a discouragement.   But I guess you don’t have fears of speaking before the public even if you don’t know what you’re talking about- - just as long as your audience never discovers that fact.  On the subject of economics- - there is this “comparative crap” just like they used to do with “comparative religions’ like Justin Martyr comparing Greek thought to ancient Judaism.  The whole line of dialog is cherry picking reality to the max with bogus examples.  But think about it.  I can lecture a crowd on why the automobile is a better and more efficient mode of transportation than the horse.  So, uh, like, what else is new?  But the question is if I have something mechanically wrong with my car am I going to Dr. Levy’s to fix it and under cut all the repair shop estamates I’ve gotten?  Hell no.  It’s like economics.  Maybe if you race cars or live and breathe cars- - you may not have a degree in organic chemistry or torque physics with all the math formulas broken down nice and neat - or metalergy molecular structure.  But you know cars, that’s for sure.  How to race them and how to soup them up to run better.  There is this little thing called “Experience” that Dr. Levy (or Mitt Romney for that matter) has never had as a businessman, making a product.  Besides to extend the analogy further- - just because I believe the automobile is better than a horse- - I’m not going on a campaign to shoot horses- or anything I vaguely believe is a horse by another disguise.

Some people are just brighter bulbs than others.  Some can see things at the drop of a hat that others take a long time to figure out - if they ever do.  For instance if I have a prisom 3D shape and I cut it right in half - - are both halves equal to each other in Volume?  I see it.  Let me add just a little "challenge' to our example for all of the "mentally challenged".  Suppose you make the slice diagonally from the upper left apex of the prisom to the line at the lower right of the base of the prisom.  This would divide the prisom not into to two prisoms but two tetra-hedens.  Some tea party people might say "That's not equal because you're taking away a lot more from the top than you are the base".  Yeah, for one of the halves, but not the Other one!  Because all of the specific dimensions are mirrored and congruant- and therefore the whole of it is.  Or take the example of me as a fifth grader and I'd cut accross this field as a short cut.  And I knew I could maximize my savings if I cut a 45 degree line right accross the middle, and I knew that the Ammount of savings would be the mid point of that diagonal line measured back to the apex of the street corner.  But I couldn't Prove it for a long time - - till I learned trigonometry and knew the savings was a .707 figure or that I only traveled 70.7% the distance.  But a lot of people not only refuse to believe in things they can't see (which is usually wise) so they won't believe Another's assertion till in their own Minds i't personally prooved to Them.  I told you that Ether space- - has no viscosity, and for you auto buffs you know that viscosity is an important motor oil measurement.  Viscosity is "resistance to movement through it".   In the world most of us know ether has no viscosity.  But then again in the world we live in - - we don't think of energy as posessing substance or mass.  Not all matter contains energy but all energy contains mass.  Something like a photon (called a lepton by some as a class of particles) they say lacks all mass "at rest", which strikes me as a strangely pre Newtonian term.  So only when a photon or electron is - "Moving" (presumably from a "fixed" point) is it said to have energy - - and hence mass.  So pure matter when it interracts with Ether has no viscosity.  But the Ether - - -  DOES exhibit viscosity with Energy.  Capish?  As far as I know - - light exists on both sides of the ether void.  However we only have space as we know it - - and hence distance - - hence speed - - hence energy - hence viscosity of ether - - on This side of the Void.  (I call ether the Void here but the term is more poetic than anything else)  Because over there Events rather than Space is the "coin of the realm".  And events break down into three classes with a clear methematical relation between them.  We have opportunities for events- - that may not even happen.  We have Attempts at events when permitted.(or more properly - when the subject is confident)  And we have the actual occurance of the Events.  themselves.  Some of you are asking yourselves - - -  does "attempting' something have some sort of physical manifestation in Some world?  Have you ever thought what a space alien or better yet a really smart computer - or perhaps programmed android - - would make of some seemingly "invisable force" causing these Things or entities to "Move" themselves?  How to you Make these- - Things we called Living- - - locomote themselves?  And this android would then say "There has to be some Force within them that is Controling them - - and Making them locomote.  Remember when we talked about "quarks" that "mirrored" each other?  Others may say "It's some sort of optical reflection or illusion in our observatio in the lab.  Maybe.  Maybe not.  Some say positrons don't exist.  Maybe they are a measurement illusion and they really don't "mirror" electrons in movement in an oposite way caused by a common force.  Here is what I am driving at.  We don't know what controls the actions of the Living or some would say Sensient.  What if you could reduce what controls what we for lack of a better word call the Will or Intent - - and reduce that to a force?  "Why that would be positively de-humanizing".  Perhaps.  So what do you See in that world.  You see events and you see opportunities - - as "physical things" and you even can see other's Intent- - just like those brain scans they've been experimenting with where the chemistry of the brain alters once it's made a decision to exicute an action.  Capish?  Remember in the Bible I spoke of the line that goes "I gave you Space to repent".  So just what is Space?  Space as a metaphor can be valuable.  You may be fermiliar with those slide red and white numbered squares that go up to sixteen and you set about to arrange them in order, or a checkboard pattern or what have you.  Have you ever tried it with just Nine?  It's one hell of a lot harder to work - - isn't it?  You just find yourself continually "outsmarted by circumstance" and have no opportunity to maneuver.  It's this "opportunity to maneuver" that constitutes the Space alluded to in this Bible line- - more in fact than even Time itself.  A chess game is not Timed.  You have all the Time - - you need to make your next move.  What you need is Something Else.  You need the space to logistically plan things out.  The more space you control the more freedom you have.  In a traditional tarrot card spread they do the ten card spread with what is to your left and to your right, and in front of you and above and below you and all that.  What "crosses" you.  Even what is behind you can be relevent if indeed Retreat is "your next move".  Capish?  When you do all of this- - the fact that ether is heavier than you are is of no concern.  Because since there is no space as you know it there is no motion of energy - - and hence no viscosity to worry about.  The thing is- - the potential Event that doesn't happen - - IS your "space".  It's blank- - or as they say in electronic lingo - - Open - - or as they say in computer lingo - - cleared - -  and not Set or Closed.  OK folks, I'm missing Randi Rhodes now so I'll quit.

Our Not-so-bad Economic Situation

At its very worst the National Debt was 77% of the anual Gross Domestic Product.  But by now it has fallen noticably and will continue to drop way down as the deficet, how shrinking, begins doing so at an increasingly rapid rate.  This will be the first deficet below a Trillion in five years.  As the economy improves over the next four years the increased revenue with added budget restrictions will decimate the deficet.  However due to these stringent economic measures- - unemployment is destined to remain above seven percent for all of 2013 and growth this year will continue little better than last years.  However by 2014 the growth rate of the economy is expected to be a three and a half percent.  They say the economy has been opporating at five percent below its "potential". From everything I personally know, the figure is more like fifteen percent.  However the rate of gross domestic product lost over the ten year period of 2007 to 2013 is enormous.  We have never seen a period of continued economic malaise in the past seventy years.  On C-Span right now I have more of this report cued up.  It goes on for over an hour and I'll take in as much as I can till I get water-logged.  There isn't the slightest indication of any impending "crisis" in April of this year, or any other time.  All we really need to do is to not get into any new wars and don't give the Wall Street bankers another three trillion and we'll do allright.  I imagine the slow but persistent improvement in economic news will be of ongoing distress to the tea party crowd.  We have laws in place now to prevent the very things that triggered the 2008 financial crisis, and no more bail outs for Wall Street will happen.  It's been my contention that the possability of Good News on the economy has been ignored by the media - or it was in the campaign year of 2012.  People are inventive.  People are resourceful.  People to make do with what they have and learn to be more efficient spenders.  To some degree "the new normal" hasn't been entirely a bad thing.  The only reason why phrases like "the new normal" scare Mitt Romney is that he doesn't want for second to have to ponder what he, personally might do, to benefit his Country.  (Selah) 

Bruce Davis has been approved for parole and the only thing standing in his way is Jerry Brown signing off on it.  Obviously this Manson Family killer is a dreaded force.  Bruce Davis was known as Cisco Budge in the movie and he was the one along with Manson responsible for the deaths of musician Gary Hinman and Donald Shorty Shea.  They tortured Hinman and apparently Manson held a gun on him while Bruce Davis sliced off his ear before killing him outright.  This occurred in July of 1969 several weeks before the Tate-LaBianca killings. In other troubling news-  it seems the reason why ARCO has the lowest gasoline prices in town is because they removed the leak detectors from their oil storage tanks.  So they never have to worry about the problem till they get sued in a class action law suit of people suffering from a polluted ground and water table and maybe their babies being born with three eyes or something.  Like British Petroleum, this sort of shit is “just another cost of doing business”.  Randy Rhodes was talking about what a money making racket the private prison system is.  Because they don’t want immigration laws “fixed” because it would cut way down on arrests and imprisonments and also they don’t want the drug laws changed because that would cut down on the prison population.   It seems as if we in this country today have lost our moral compass entirely.  There is no such thing anymore of either bribery or inherent conflict of interest.  I don’t know why the Obama administration doesn’t just “grow a pair” and get a little back bone for once and prosecute these jerk-offs.  What I continue to be puzzled by is all of these Gulf tourist commercials that British Petroleum is running.  Are they running these as part of a settlement with the government as a condition for not going to jail - - kind of like picking up trash along the highway?  Or are they somehow hoping to profit from these ads by making us all think now what a wonderful, ecological conscious oil company they have become.  David Cruise said the sort of deep water drilling they were doing was unproven technology - and it's kind of like driving a car at high speeds knowing the break cables have been cut but somehow hoping against hope you'll never have to apply the brakes.

This is three thirty and the phone company, AT&T called me just before the soap opera ended and I think I was scammed by them into paying six more dollars for my phone bill next month.  They told me they would “cut all of my expenses in half” and that I was a “special, customer who qualified for their program”.  However I’m paying nothing for long distance now and the phone company has been losing a lot of money on me for that.  It was kind of a long verification process with me and I wasn’t done till several minutes after two.  Of course if they persist in raising my bill I'll retaliate by canceling my internet service with A T & Y and going with Time-Warner, which everyone tells me has an excellent plan for $19.95 or about twenty dollars less than I'm paying now.  Dr. Levy asked me months ago why in the world I'm paying so much.

I was going to do more in terms of "the world on the other side" of the Ether.  But you know something?  We've already said enough.  You just need time to digest the material you already have.  Let me just say this once again.  The human brain makes sense out of the strangest things, and there is no reason why it couldn't accomplish the Same Thing (la mismo, in Romulan) And often there are ways of depicting things through charts and graphs that would be difficult to explain any other way.  But people need to know graph lingo - - a term known as projection.  How any idea is Projected - - is everything.  And just in case you are wondering - - nothing in the following paragraph came directly from John Lennon to me.

There is another musician death in the news.  A couple of days ago the lead singer for the Ohio Players died.  The Ohio Players is a proprietary Federation group - - but normally Federation people prefer groups with a tad less melinin in their skin.  I also learned that there has been lobbying groups for literally decades to get the Ohio Players into the ZAC Tarot deck, as number eleven, the Temperance card.  They would be replacing a "Three hit wonder" but this is another substitution which is highly unlikely.  In another "over there" story- - it was confirmed that I spent extensive time on the planet "Real" pronounced "Ray-oll".  This planet is armed to the teeth with defences.  Nobody will mess with them.  I was informed the Federation has been routing for the Houston Rockets against the lakers because this is one Houston franchise that - - is run by what we at the Federation refer to as "The Houston Group".  John Lennon replaced you-know-who who occupied my body prior to mid fall of 1967.  It seems as if John Lennon was looking for a suitable substitute for a fill in for Himself- - since we know "Pink" was starting to have real problems then.  But "after seeing how the other half lives" Lennon thought better- -  and went with Denise De Lovely, whom he took a liking to right off because they both had a certain sense of humor.  But in May of 1969 Denise was "just too busy being a teenager" to want to continue as Lennon so Lennon came to Me again because he wanted to put out  a single and he had words but no Tune and no real musical ideas but he knew he wanted to put out a Single.  So I had something up my sleeve I thought I could adapt for his purposes.
